About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Implementation Specialist to join our team at Capita Pensions Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse calculation requirements and undertake system configuration, data analysis, and testing.
  • Upload and download system data, and participate in client meetings and project status calls.
  • Liaise with clients, third parties, and Capita departments to support the technical development of our technology platforms.
  • Provide support to the line manager in the effective management of staff and contribute to the production of requirements documentation.
  • Facilitate internal and external system training when required.
Requirements
  • End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle, with the ability to describe key elements and provide examples of active participation.
  • Draft an automated Excel calculator with basic formulas and manipulate data with good accuracy.
  • Explain pension member records, relationships between members, Trustees, schemes, actuaries, funds, and investments, as well as different types of Pension Schemes and member statuses.
  • Draft and interpret calculation proformas, and draft and check test plans to detail expected results and system updates.
