Pension Implementation Consultant

Capita Pension Solutions is seeking an experienced Pension Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation Department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality pension administration solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client implementation projects, ensuring efficient delivery of all project tasks to cost and on time.
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to onboard data and the Configuration Team to automate calculations.
  • Mentor and develop Implementation Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Assist in project management activities, including risk identification and mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate internal and external system training, providing documentation and support as needed.
  • Support the line manager in the effective management of staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to the technical development of our technology platforms, participating in analysis and design, and specification production for new and/or enhanced developments.
Requirements
  • Excellent technical pensions knowledge in Defined Benefit schemes and legislation.
  • End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle, with the ability to describe key elements and provide examples of active participation.
  • Experience of owning and driving projects, with strong analysis skills and an analytical approach to problem resolution.
