About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to join our team at COREcruitment International. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in leading and motivating the team through prep and a busy service, while maintaining high standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate a team of 18-20 chefs to achieve high standards of quality and service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve business objectives and targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume branded restaurant
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve high standards
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
