About the Role

Carmichael UK is seeking a skilled Temporary Works Administrator to join their team based in Calvert. As a key member of the Temporary Works Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Temporary Works Team with daily administrative tasks and follow business processes and procedures for Document Control, Data Handling, and Reporting.
  • Present a professional first point of contact for all persons joining the TW Team, focusing on the handling and manipulation of Key Performance Indicators and Reporting Data.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of varying levels, managing their expectations in terms of delivery of appropriate and accurate information.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date and detailed understanding of the project and the needs of the client, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the Client and Joint Venture Partners Environment and Sustainability Policies, Processes, and statutory requirements, as they affect the company's operations to ensure that the requirements, as applicable within their discipline, are implemented on the project.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders by adopting the most appropriate approach to deal with people and situations.
  • Anticipate, respond to, and seek to exceed the needs and expectations set out by the organisation.
  • Manage multiple and conflicting priorities and respond positively to changing business circumstances.
  • Gather and interpret data to produce both internal and external reports, conveying accurate information effectively using the most appropriate methods to reflect the needs of the audience and ensure mutual understanding.
About You
  • Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C Maths and English
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Forms & Power BI
  • Good communication skills and organisation skills
  • You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
