We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front office team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Review room allocations, advise on rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and issues, resolving them in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office, reception, or front of house position, or equivalent.
- People management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Quality and standards driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues effectively.
