This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday, with a competitive salary package of up to £25,000, alongside excellent benefits such as travel discounts and a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Specialist:

  • Addressing customer complaints and inquiries through various internal and external communication channels
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints
  • Offering insights on the effectiveness of the customer relations process and identifying areas for improvement to maintain high standards and implement necessary adjustments.

Previous experience in customer relations or customer service, preferably within the travel industry, is essential.
