About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our SRE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our client-facing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and operationalize scalable and efficient systems
  • Maintain and configure observability platforms to ensure proactive monitoring and issue detection
  • Design and implement automation processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on system status
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and articles to promote knowledge transfer
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide support and ensure system uptime
