Your Mission:

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, driving revenue and exceeding targets through your expertise and dedication. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively sourcing top talent for our clients, leveraging your expertise to identify and attract the best candidates.
  • Partnering with colleagues to support managed accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery to both existing and new customers.
  • Supporting your teammates with opportunities involving their key accounts and clients, contributing to a cohesive and successful team effort.
  • Achieving billed revenue by adhering to the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality service to candidates and clients at every step.
  • Aiding recruitment consultants and business development managers by identifying and generating new business leads.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a candidate with a proven track record in hunting supreme talent across engineering and FMCG markets. Experience within a delivery style role, recruitment consultant role, or talent acquisition role is essential. A passion for building lasting relationships with candidates is also crucial.
