Job Description

My client, a leading organization, is seeking a highly skilled Governance and Reporting Lead to support the Head of Governance & Reporting in the governance and reporting responsibilities.

The Governance and Reporting Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the governance framework and reporting function, within the organization.

This role will ensure that governance is effectively implemented and maintained across the organization, and that all internal and external reporting requirements are met.

The individual in this role will work closely with the Head of Governance & Reporting, Group Head of GRC, the Group CISO, the Head of Information Security, and various stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance with relevant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the governance framework and reporting function
  • Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of governance across the organization
  • Meet all internal and external reporting requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, information security, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance principles, risk management frameworks, and reporting standards
  • Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools
