Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage rent arrears within set targets
- Provide advice and assistance to tenants to maximize their incomes
- Arrange and monitor repayment plans
- Communicate with tenants through various methods, including face-to-face, phone, and written correspondence
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Good understanding of financial matters and budgeting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems independently
- Good knowledge of Housing Legislation and professional best practice
- Experience of working in Housing or customer service setting, with a focus on debt recovery and income maximization
