Youth Support Specialist

Training and Development: No prior experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training through our accredited in-house program. You will work in a team of six carers, providing care in pairs across our residential facilities.

Work Schedule: This position involves full-time shifts, with a commitment of 10 shifts per month. The shifts typically run from 10 AM until the following day, including weekends.

Requirements:

  • Permanent, full-time positions available.
  • A valid driver's license is essential (must be over 21 for insurance purposes) and at least one year of driving experience (manual vehicle).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a support team across multiple houses.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
