Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in delivering the Set for Success programme, a youth leadership initiative targeting young people who are most at risk of becoming not engaged in education, employment, or training (NEET).

About the Role:

  • Support Athlete Mentors in delivering a youth leadership programme in selected schools
  • Assist with school engagement, event planning, and customer service
  • Manage data and help ensure smooth delivery of the Set for Success initiative in your local area
  • Develop your leadership and organisational skills in a real-world environment
  • Provide support to the Active Devon Early Life team on wider projects

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in sport/physical activity and youth development
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
  • Ability to engage with young people, schools, and other stakeholders
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
