Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Source4 Personnel Solutions. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily administration tasks, and supporting our sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Administration: Complete all daily administration tasks within our depot, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities, convert leads into sales, and grow our sales pipeline.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Customer Database Management: Utilize customer databases and external channels to further sales objectives, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the company's operational and sales teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
