We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network and Voice Infrastructure Lead Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our network and voice infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities- Service Excellence: You will be responsible for driving service excellence within the team, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement. Your expertise will ensure that we deliver exceptional service levels to our members.
- Incident Management: You will play a key role in managing incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring swift resolution and minimizing disruption to our services.
- Team Leadership: While this role doesn't involve direct management responsibilities, you will actively mentor and guide other technical team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
- Infrastructure Optimization: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize our network and voice infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including IT teams, business units, and vendors, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of our infrastructure solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Network and Voice Infrastructure Engineer with a proven track record in managing complex IT environments. You will possess:
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of voice communication systems and technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
