About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and direction to a team of network engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Design Authority: Ensure the high-and low-level designs covering security, contractual and service considerations are in line with industry best practices.
  • Technical Architecture Roadmap: Develop and implement an overall technical architecture roadmap and strategy that maximizes the return on technology investment, reduces technical debt, and aligns with business objectives.
  • Integration and Security: Accountable for the integration of new third-party SDWAN and hosted voice solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing technology and business systems.
  • Automation and Network Modelling: Drive the automation roadmap and perform network modelling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.
  • Thought Leadership and Client Management: Provide technical and thought leadership in conjunction with strategic oversight to assure business outcomes are delivered by the solution, and build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and third-party vendor stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Extensive proven experience working as a Senior Network Architect.
  • Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, data-center LAN, SD networks, telephony, mobile solutions infrastructure, unified comms, network management solutions, network-specific security, and remote access technologies.
  • Experience working with Cisco SDWAN and Mitel VOIP technologies, as well as Aruba networking products and solutions.
  • Ability to construct and document end-to-end designs for networking solutions, and provide assertive leadership and feedback to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
