About the Role:
BRAMCOTE CONSULTING LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager/Director to join their team as a Strategic Procurement Expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with a proven track record of delivering strategic procurement solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver procurement projects and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Requirements:
- 8 years' experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a minimum of 4 years at a top-tier consulting firm
- Strong expertise in direct and indirect procurement, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Deep knowledge of sourcing methodology and tools, with experience in project management
- Business acquisition competencies and a network in place to develop a client base
- Strong industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing/industrials, energy/new energy, or TMT
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £125,000 to £140,000 (2 levels) + £6k car/cash + bens + bonus to 58%
- 6 monthly reviews to ensure career growth and development
