About the Role:

Bramcote Consulting Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager/Director level Management Consultant with expertise in procurement to join their team in London. As a Strategic Procurement Expert, you will work with clients to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with clients' business objectives
  • Lead procurement projects from strategy to direct optimization, including procurement organization setup, category optimization, and fast-impact bottom-line support (RAPID)
  • Work with clients to identify and address procurement-related issues and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver procurement solutions that meet clients' needs

Requirements:

  • 8 years' experience as a procurement professional in strategic procurement, distribution, sales, and operations planning, and/or operations strategy
  • At least 4 years of experience at a top-tier consultant firm
  • Direct and indirect procurement expertise
  • Strong track record of relevant industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing/industrials, energy/new energy, or TMT
  • Business acquisition competencies and a network in place that can be developed into a client base
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodology and tools and proven track record of project management

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of £125,000 to £140,000 (2 levels)
  • £6k car/cash + bens + bonus to 58%
  • 6 monthly reviews
