Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to design and deliver programmes that meet the needs of young people
  • Engage with young people to understand their perspectives and experiences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support young people's participation
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people in a mental health setting
