We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our successful Wembley team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Lettings team to achieve exceptional results and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve KPIs and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient lettings process.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Basic IT skills.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive OTE exceeding £50,000 per year.
  • £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
  • £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment, whilst building the pipeline.
  • Uncapped commission.
  • BMW 1 Series company car.
  • Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course to earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA).

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
  • We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate.

We will also need:

  • Proof of address.
  • National Insurance.
  • Driver's license check.
