Lettings Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our Lettings team and drive business growth in South West London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of lettings negotiators and administrators, providing guidance and leadership to ensure the highest level of customer service and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of lettings negotiators and administrators to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Provide expert advice on legislation and landlords' obligations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Inspect and evaluate properties for clients, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Promote company services and seek new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and regulations, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
