Lettings Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our Lettings team in Southwest London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of lettings negotiators and administrators, ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of lettings negotiators and administrators to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct property inspections and valuations to provide accurate and competitive pricing for our clients.
  • Negotiate commission terms with clients to ensure the best possible outcome for our company.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including energy performance certificates and gas safety checks.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our lettings services and attract new clients.
  • Host daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss sales targets, customer service, and any other relevant issues.
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in lettings, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role.
  • Strong local knowledge of Southwest London and the property market.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Benefits:
  • A competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000.
  • A realistic first year OTE of £55,000 - £60,000.
  • A car allowance.
