Lettings Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of lettings professionals and overseeing the lettings process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of lettings professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the lettings process
- Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to increase revenue
- Schedule property viewings and register applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Achieve personal and branch targets
- Negotiate tenancies and represent the company professionally
- Build strong relationships with local property owners
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Lettings Manager
- Multi-lingual preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
- Proven experience in sales progression and valuations
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
