About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Logistics team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering internal systems that enable our beautiful products to be delivered on time and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning our internal delivery systems and ensuring they can scale to meet our business goals
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, including Logistics and Warehouse Operations Teams, to identify, prioritize, and develop solutions to logistics challenges
  • Working closely with the squad and tech team to drive our Tech strategy forward and ensure our logistics systems are robust, scalable, and flexible
  • Defining and leading the product roadmap to support our growth aspirations, including proactive stakeholder engagement, OKR development, and data-driven decision making
  • Leading a squad of 3 colleagues to improve our Logistics management systems and supporting the launch of new carriers and expanded product ranges
  • Gathering best practices and tracking technologies and software solutions to drive smarter logistics tooling
  • Communicating regular product updates to leadership and the wider business
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of proven experience working as a Technical Product Manager/Owner
  • Outcome-driven, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering impactful results
  • Collaborative style that enables working with a range of different people and teams
  • Data-driven decision making and a love for problem-solving
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment a plus
