Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the pastry kitchen, ensuring compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with our Executive Chef to achieve profitability targets.
  • Lead and train a small team of pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of menu planning and development, with a focus on achieving profitability targets.
  • A track record of training and developing individuals to achieve their best.
  • A strong understanding of how to keep costs in line and wastage to a minimum, with excellent health and safety knowledge.
