Football Operations Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to oversee the administrative support and service of England Football Accredited Clubs in Derbyshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and sustaining opportunities while providing a quality experience for all players across all pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support England Football Accredited Clubs to become more sustainable through engagement with the Thriving Community Club framework.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and sustain opportunities for players across all pathways.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the County FA and assist in the efficient running of the Football Operations department.
  • Support the delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy and the Derbyshire County FA Business Strategy.
  • Contribute to the creation of a more inclusive culture across the CFA and ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the FA's Safeguarding 365 Standards within Football.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of grassroots football and its development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
