As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Soft FM Manager with the daily oversight of service delivery. This position is responsible for leading the HCC Supervision team, ensuring that service requirements are met efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily labor allocations within budgetary constraints
  • Collaborate with the Soft FM Manager to ensure clarity on budgetary labor goals
  • Ensure service standards consistently exceed expectations and conduct regular evaluations
  • Oversee the activities of the HCC Supervisors
  • Participate in KPI meetings to ensure compliance
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve compliance when necessary
  • Maintain current and effective work schedules
  • Work alongside the training department to ensure all team members are up to date with mandatory training and identify personal development needs
  • Engage in projects, assignments, and training as required
  • Drive continuous improvement in motivation, leadership, and direction to meet targets and standards
