Retail Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our forecourts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and presentable store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our forecourts, including managing staff and resources.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist Forecourt Operators to resolve any problems and discrepancies, and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be approachable, able to lead by example, and have a flexible attitude, willing to help cover shifts for any absences at all sites across Lanarkshire.
