Retail Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our forecourts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the stores' presentability at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our forecourts
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain the stores' presentability
- Assist Forecourt Operators to resolve problems and discrepancies
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
About You:
- Approachable and able to lead by example
- Strong organisation skills
- Flexible and willing to help cover shifts for any absences
- Good numeracy and problem-solving skills
