Position Overview:

Elite Personnel is in search of a meticulous and well-organized Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our Human Resources department.

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, engaging in a broad spectrum of human resources tasks, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment initiatives, which include advertising job vacancies, arranging interviews, and performing background verifications.
  • Assist in managing employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues and grievances.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related training programs.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Coordinator position will possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources coordinator role or a comparable position in a related sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this role is competitive, with a maximum of £34,000 based on experience.
