Job Title: Assistant Manager

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Cliff. As a key member of our management team, you'll support the General Manager in leading your team to success and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, including being the Duty Manager when needed.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service that exceeds our guests' expectations.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team, leading by example and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Lead your team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
