We are working with a global leader in their field to find an experienced IT Support Specialist to join the IT Department during an exciting development phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT projects, including migrations and server builds.
  • Provide first-second line support and technical assistance to internal employees and remote workers.
  • Maintain and secure the organisation's infrastructure, ensuring system integrity.
  • Collaborate with third-party engineers to design, test, troubleshoot and update EDI interfaces.
  • Occasionally attend remote sites, and will need a valid driving license.
Technical Skills:
  • Able to administer router configurations, networking, and security.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and SFTP user setup and support.
General Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
