Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including account handlers, designers, and writers, to deliver projects
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Compliance and Quality
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR and pharmaceutical codes of practice
- Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of project delivery
Requirements
- Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in healthcare communications
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and managing client relationships
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
