Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clubhouse Manager to lead our team at London Airlinks Golf Course, a brand new 18-hole golf course and Toptracer Range located in west London.

About the Role

  • Lead the Team: As a Clubhouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience. You will lead from the front, motivate your team, and have an eye for quality.
  • Facility Mobilization: Assist with the mobilization and launch of our brand new facility, including the 18-hole course, clubhouse, and Toptracer Range.
  • Team Recruitment: Recruit a strong team to deliver a range of services, including customer experience, maintenance, catering, and retail.
  • Financial Management: Be accountable for the profit and loss (P&L) and commercial performance of the clubhouse.
  • Partnerships and Marketing: Identify opportunities and partnerships with local businesses and community groups to raise the profile of our venue and encourage more people to try, learn, and love golf.
  • Brand Ambassador: Develop a culture of continuous improvement and be a brand ambassador for our WINning Formula experience.
  • Marketing Strategy: Deliver our brilliant, creative marketing strategy, understanding the needs and wants of our customers and developing a customized program of local marketing activities, supported by our central marketing team.
  • Golf Academy Support: Support the golf academy team to deliver an exciting program of lessons and activities to our local community.
  • Catering Service: Develop a quality catering service in our family-friendly clubhouse.
  • Requirements
    • Previous Management Experience: Previous experience in a management role is essential.
    • Results-Driven: You will be results-driven, understand quality, and have an appetite to always raise the bar further.
