We are seeking a highly skilled Demand and Delivery Specialist to join our Global Sales Operations Team at INEOS Automotive. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of vehicle delivery from order to customer delivery, efficient lead management, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Demand and Delivery Lead with sales reporting requirements, ensuring both regional teams and senior management have clear reporting on current order intake, stock position, and sales forecast.
  • Develop and maintain robust demand planning models to optimize inventory levels.
  • Implement early warning systems to monitor sold vs. unsold inventory.
  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring efficient delivery from production to customer.
  • Implement efficient sales delivery tracking systems to enhance business visibility and ensure on-time deliveries.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, sales coordination, and delivery management in the automotive industry.
  • Experience of CRM systems such as SAP C4C or similar desired.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Inquisitive nature, identifying areas for improvement while balancing continuous improvement with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
