Job Title: Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our CEOs and Senior Leadership Team in scaling the business to the next level.


Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage processes for KPI management and tracking, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and vision.

Implement and oversee compliance and risk management processes, mitigating risks and educating employees on regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Identify and implement the best cloud-based tools to enhance efficiency and performance in our fully remote operations.

Manage employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding, equipment budgets, perks, holiday and rota management, probation periods, key documents, and performance reviews.


Requirements:

Strong analytical skills and highly proficient in Excel.

Ability to apply first principles thinking and strong critical thinking skills.

Understanding of KPIs, reporting, and the business's revenue model.

Ability to grasp how the business operates commercially.

Unafraid to challenge and make the best decisions for the business.
