Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the accounts receivable team, driving performance and productivity.
  • Work closely with other department managers to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve internal controls and harmonize processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Identify and manage potential problem accounts, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Drive system upgrades and development to improve workflows and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing an accounts receivable function, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strategic skills and ability to drive continual improvement across the function.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of Microsoft Excel competency.
