As a Well-being Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the social and leisure needs of our residents are met, promoting their well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
* Plan and deliver social and leisure activities that cater to individual needs and preferences
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic care and support
* Lead and manage a team of hospitality assistants or well-being coordinators

Requirements:

* Experience in customer service, event planning, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
