Position: Assistant Coordinator for Resident Well-Being
Working Hours: Full Time, 38 hours per week, including alternate weekends. 4 Days per week.
Compensation: £12.00 to £12.50 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)

Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to enhance the quality of life for residents daily by championing the well-being program within the facility.
- Collaborate with staff to foster a sense of community and well-being among all residents.
- Organize engaging and innovative social and recreational activities both within the facility and in the surrounding community.
- Curate enjoyable dining experiences for residents, their families, and friends.
- Develop close relationships with residents to implement personalized care plans that reflect their preferred hobbies and lifestyle choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire staff to deliver creative and personalized care through a well-being approach.
- Facilitate social connections among residents, relatives, friends, and the local community.
- Design tailored social and leisure schedules for residents based on their interests and preferences.
Qualifications for the Assistant Coordinator Role:
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A genuine interest in the well-being movement and social care.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Compassionate nature.
- Strong interest in the well-being of residents.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Preferred qualifications or experience in health science, social science, events, or creative arts, though not essential.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience working with the elderly or in a caring environment is preferred but not mandatory.
