Job Role: Assistant Wellbeing Coordinator

This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by implementing and promoting our well-being programme. You will work closely with our team to create a sense of community and well-being, planning and executing social and leisure events that bring joy and connection to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement a well-being programme that meets the unique needs of our residents.
  • Plan and deliver social and leisure events that promote social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Work with residents to create personalised care plans that cater to their interests and preferences.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and friends to ensure a high level of care and support.
Requirements:
  • Passion for social care and well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion and empathy for residents and their families.
  • Qualifications or experience in health science, social science, events, or creative arts are desirable but not essential.
