Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement a well-being programme that meets the unique needs of our residents.
- Plan and deliver social and leisure events that promote social interaction and a sense of community.
- Work with residents to create personalised care plans that cater to their interests and preferences.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, their families, and friends to ensure a high level of care and support.
- Passion for social care and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassion and empathy for residents and their families.
- Qualifications or experience in health science, social science, events, or creative arts are desirable but not essential.
