Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Plan and deliver engaging social activities, events, and outings that cater to individual interests and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with care staff to provide a holistic approach to resident care.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating group events, sessions, and outings.
- Provide support and guidance to residents to help them maintain their well-being.
- Experience in customer service, event planning, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a creative approach to resident care.
- Free induction training and care certificate.
