About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Cloud Solutions Architect team in the UKI region. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will be responsible for driving the adoption of cloud-based solutions and leading a team of Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of SSAs to design and implement cloud-based solutions for customers.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and expertise to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new SSAs to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing technical teams or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of architecting and implementing cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
