Job Summary
Lookers Glasgow Audi is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and scheduling services, MOTs, and repairs for customers
- Providing expert advice on warranty coverage and recommending additional services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to coordinate appointments and manage workload
- Managing high-volume customer interactions, including phone calls and online inquiries
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring timely updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous experience with Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems is advantageous. You will be a team player with the ability to work independently and use your initiative.
