Travel Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Administrator to join our Travel Operations team at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the administration of travel bookings, ensuring adherence to our Travel & Expenses policy, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer travel bookings and expenses in accordance with company policy
  • Support the Travel Operations team with travel-related queries and requests
  • Process travel expenses and per diems for our Race Teams
  • Monitor travel vaccinations and maintain accurate records
  • Arrange visa applications and travel documents for team members
  • Communicate travel entry requirements and assist with travel administration
  • Process new starter travel documents and personal information
  • Contribute to data analysis, budget support, and invoicing
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable administration experience
  • Travel administration experience desirable
  • Microsoft applications experience essential
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Smart-Sheet
