Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor - Operations and Race Team to join our team at Aston Martin Formula 1 Team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver best-in-class service across the Operations and Race Team functions.

About the Role

  • Actively contribute to building organisation and people capability aligned to the wider business strategy.
  • Support the HR Business Partners as required.
  • First point of contact for case management and tracking for employee relations, escalating to the Senior/HR Business Partner where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strong working relationships by conducting regular meetings with key stakeholders within the Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Facilities, Health & Safety and Race Team.
  • Support team members and develop and coach managers in line with internal policies and HR best practice.
  • Coordinating actions from the talent profiling and performance review processes.

Requirements

  • Ideally qualified, or studying towards, CIPD Level 5, or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Possesses excellent working knowledge and experience of HR in a professional workplace and have a practical and hands on approach.
  • A confident, approachable & professional communicator at all levels, able to adapt style as required.
