Service Delivery Manager

Liberty Gas Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of our contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams across service, repair, and installations to ensure effective delivery of contracts.
- Service Delivery: Provide an effective, high-quality service, repair, and assist installation activities to domestic and non-domestic stock assets.
- Contract Oversight: Oversee group service delivery of contracts and deliver and report operationally to the Liberty Management Team on the operational performance and profit and loss of the gas service and repair.
- Installation Support: Assist with the installation contracts in the North West area and provide support to Liberty's subsidiaries and external clients as needed.
- Team Integration: Integrate the delivery team and assist in its delivery via the senior management team.
- Contract Supervision: Manage Contract Supervisors, Field Teams, and Administration Teams to ensure effective supervision and control of all work carried out.
- Technical Standards: Through Supervisors, manage technical standards and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.
- Valuations and Billing: Prepare valuations, agreement of variations, and billing for all completed work.
- Contract Monitoring: Effectively monitor contracts throughout the contract period and assist in the development of performance management.
- Qualifications: City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a technical/supervisory/management or similar discipline.
- Legislation Knowledge: Understanding of gas legislation.
- Driving License: Full driving license.
- Technical Skills: Technical skills and a high level of technical understanding.
- Contract Supervision Experience: Contract supervision experience.
- Commercial Acumen: Relevant commercial acumen.
- Company Car and Fuel Card: Company car and fuel card.
