Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As a key member of our Financial Planning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administration and compliance support to our clients, advisers, managers, and directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and Compliance: Ensure all administration is undertaken to the highest standard and conducted in accordance with our procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work Management: Manage your own work activity and maintain regular communication with your immediate supervisor.
  • Data Management: Input accurate and up-to-date information on internal and external software packages and provider websites.
  • Team Collaboration: Work respectfully and professionally with other team members, offering support when capacity allows.
  • Client Communication: Ensure all communications with clients, including correspondence, meetings, and discussions, are dealt with promptly and within service standards.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings with advisers and directors to build rapport with our client base.
  • Process Improvement: Take an active role in departmental meetings and contribute to improving existing processes.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Travel to and work from other offices as required and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
Personal Specification
  • Experience: At least three years' experience in an administrative or support role in Financial Services.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Intelliflo is desired but not essential. Strong computer skills, particularly using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to manage your own time, work to deadlines, take instruction from senior staff, and deliver excellent service to clients. Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with some flexibility required to adapt to changing priorities.
