Position Overview

UP TO £24,500 DOE | HYBRID | BONUS SCHEME

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the company portal, implement fleet setup modifications, and provide general administrative assistance as the primary contact for each account.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through the Salesforce (CRM) system.
  • Respond to calls on the main Customer Support line from various company representatives, including fleet managers, drivers, engineers, and potential clients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer relations with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure (minimum of 12 months).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Self-driven and highly organized individual.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
