Your Role

As an Event Planning Specialist, you will be tasked with promoting and executing all event-related business within the hotel. Acting as an ambassador for the hotel, you will possess in-depth knowledge of all available facilities, enabling you to provide tailored advice to guests based on their unique requirements. You will efficiently manage and document all inquiries received via phone, email, or in-person interactions, ensuring timely responses to all guests.

Collaboration with your colleagues and coordination with the broader hotel team will be essential to ensure that all leads are pursued and that departmental objectives and individual performance indicators are achieved.
