We are seeking a seasoned Vendor Transition Senior Project Manager to join our team at Global Enterprise Partners.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading end-to-end transitions with Indian IT service providers and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead vendor transition projects from initiation to closure, ensuring seamless handovers and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement process improvements to enhance transition efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on transition planning, scoping, and vendor management to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in vendor transition project management, preferably with Indian IT service providers.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and vendor relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices, with knowledge of industry-standard frameworks and methodologies.
