Job Title: Project Manager, Pre-Openings and Transitions

At Corporate Office - UK (London), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, Pre-Openings and Transitions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of all new build hotel openings, hotel transitions, and closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with the Six Senses senior leadership team, Home Office (HO) team, Technical Services (TS), and property General Manager (GM) to ensure Key Milestones are completed on time and on brand.
  • Monitor and track pre-opening expenses to ensure they are in line with the Pre-Opening Budget.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including hotel teams, HO Pre-Opening team, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain a pre-opening toolbox, including best practices, templates, and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business.
  • Minimum five years' experience in a similar Project Management Role in luxury hotels.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Project Management platform experience, such as Smartsheet.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
